The Opportunity
We're searching for a hands-on leader who loves brunch, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that exceptional hospitality starts with an exceptional team.
You'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the café, ensuring every guest enjoys the warm, welcoming experience that has made Tani Modi one of Edinburgh's favourite brunch destinations.
You'll spend time leading the floor, coaching the team, maintaining high standards, driving performance and continually looking for ways to improve the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the café
- Inspiring, motivating and developing both Kitchen and Front of House teams
- Leading service during busy brunch periods
- Maintaining consistently high food quality and presentation
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Managing stock, ordering and reducing waste
- Ensuring Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are maintained
- Controlling labour costs and helping achieve financial targets
- Working alongside the directors to continually improve the business
- Creating a positive culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work
Who We're Looking For

Tips
Approximately £2,000 per year
Performance Bonus
Earn up to £3,000 per year through our KPI bonus scheme.
Total potential earnings: up to £31,000 per year.
