Job Summary
We require a Sales Estimator to work within our office, duties include
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Use Take Off software to calculate requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to gather necessary information for bids.
- Assess material and labor costs, ensuring estimates are competitive and comprehensive.
- Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to refine estimating techniques and improve accuracy.
- Maintain organized records of estimates and project documentation for future reference
The position would suite someone with prior experience or a knowledge of the construction industry.
working hours for part time up to 24hours and if full time 42.5 hours
location is currently folkestone.
