We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Children's Home Therapist to join our Children's Residential Home in Ipswich.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma, emotional and behavioural challenges, helping them build resilience and achieve positive outcomes.
If you have previous experience working as a Therapist, Consultant, Counsellor, Behaviour Specialist, Mental Health Practitioner, or Therapeutic Practitioner, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic support to children and young people
- Complete assessments and contribute to individual care plans
- Support staff with therapeutic strategies and best practice
- Work closely with residential teams and external professionals
- Promote emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous experience working as a Therapist, Consultant, Counsellor, Behaviour Specialist, Psychologist Assistant, Mental Health Practitioner, or similar therapeutic role
✔ Experience supporting children or young people
✔ Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Experience within Children's Residential Care is desirable but not essential
Please note: We are primarily looking for candidates with relevant therapeutic or consultancy experience. A specific qualification is not essential if you have strong practical experience within a similar role.
