JOB DESCRIPTION:
Candidate must be 18 or over.
· Undertake all tasks as trained and directed so that high standards of food hygiene and health and safety are met.
· Must be willing to undertake food hygiene training if required.
· Produce and prepare food to comply with the menu in accordance with the food hygiene standards identified within our Food Hygiene Policy.
· Daily production/packaging and labelling of freshly prepared sandwiches, baps, wraps, subs, pasta boxes, salad boxes, fruit pots to meet our daily contract orders.
· Assist in preparing food for functions and events.
· Check food deliveries as required.
· Ensure all stock is stored appropriately and used in rotation.
· Assist with stock taking as required and prepare stock lists as necessary.
· General kitchen cleaning to follow our cleaning schedule.
· Washing up.
HOURS:
· 6-12 Hours per week (possible extra hours to cover annual leave/sickness).
· Flexible to include early mornings, evenings and weekends (to include 3 Sunday’s per month).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
