Job Summary:
LivingCare is a leading healthcare provider delivering high quality, expert led care across Yorkshire.
We are currently looking for an exceptional Business Relationship Manager to grow patient referrals through the NHS and private channels.
You will build and maintain strong relationships across the referring healthcare community – GP surgeries, physiotherapists, osteopaths and affiliate partners – and convert those relationships into a measurable, tracked flow of imaging, pain and Private Services referrals.
Working across Yorkshire, you will develop and deliver a referrer engagement strategy through face-to-face visits, CPD and education events and digital communication.
The role will be supported using analytics and data insight to ensure optimal use of time and resource for both new and existing referrers in order to develop your portfolio, and to identify opportunities for business development in line with the strategic business plan and targets.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- NHS referral growth: Grow NHS diagnostic imaging referrals from GP surgeries through engagement with GPs, practice managers and referral teams on ERS and NHS referral pathways.
- Private referral growth: Build and grow private referral relationships with physiotherapists, osteopaths, affiliate partners (e.g. Scan.com, Getscanned) and other clinicians, converting them into private and self-pay referrals.
- Field engagement: Deliver a structured programme of face-to-face referrer visits across the territory and maintaining regular, high-quality contact with key accounts.
- CPD & events: Plan and host CPD and education events for GPs, physios and referrers.
- CRM: Record every referrer, contact, visit and outcome in Pipedrive with the correct lead source and stage, from first contact and maintain a structured outreach plan.
- Strategy & planning: Develop and deliver a territory engagement and account-growth plan, prioritising effort using referral data and analytics to maximise return on time.
- Representation: Represent LivingCare at events, practice meetings, conferences and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness across the referring community.
- Reporting: Provide clear reporting on referrer engagement activity, referral volumes, conversion and revenue against target for the Head of Marketing.
- Compliance: Ensure all activity adheres to CQC regulations / guidelines and legal requirements.
