Salary: £34,725.60 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30pm
Contract: 45 Hour Permanent Contract

Bond International is a major distributor of tyres in the UK. We have opened new depot in St Helens in addition to our five existing depots to accommodate our expanding business.
Bond International operates a B2B tyre distribution service and acts as a dedicated 3PL to some of the leading tyre brands. We cover the entirety of the UK and deliver to independent and chain garages alike.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed individual with good experience of warehouse management and a strong history of managing people to establish and develop our St Helens warehouse operation as part of that team.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, as a Stock Controller you will have responsibility for:
· Establishing and maintaining all stock control functions
· Assisting with recruitment of your team
· Liaising with the company’s goods in team, the sales team, and the warehouse team
· Making and maintaining accurate records
· Helping the warehouse to achieve high service levels to its customers
· Assisting with the creation and maintenance of a strong health and safety culture and health and safety systems
Candidate Profile
· Experience in a high SKU operating environment (10,000+)
· Experience in a high stock turnover operation
· Experience in managing small teams
· Highly detail orientated
· Fully literate and numerate
· Able to work in time-critical operations
Qualifications and skills
· Strong experience of stock control
· Ability to make and execute a plan
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Qualification in health and safety preferred (IOSH, NEBOSH)
· Good literacy and numeracy skills
· Good IT skills. (MS Office, WMS)
· Counterbalance and/or Reach truck preferred.
