Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and skilled self-employed handyman to support our growing property management business. The role involves carrying out a variety of maintenance and refurbishment tasks across residential properties.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident working independently, takes pride in their work, and can move between jobs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Basic plastering and patch repairs (Full plastering a bonus)
- Kitchen worktop installation
- bathroom installations
- Painting and decorating
- Minor plumbing and joinery tasks
- Preparing properties for new tenants (snagging, finishing works)
- Attending properties for small maintenance jobs
Requirements
- Proven experience in handyman or multi-trade work
- Confident with tools and able to work independently
- Good standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel between properties
- Own tools preferred
- Driving licence (preferred but not essential)

Pay & Structure
- Self-employed basis
