We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to best practices in healthcare.
Duties
- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Experience
- A valid Nursing qualification with current registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting is desirable, particularly in areas such as patient care or medication administration.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is essential for effective patient assessment and care delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
