The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, customer service driven Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential estates and deliver top-tier service. What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll ensure that all policies and procedures are applied to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing Financials: Prepare budgets, monitor expenditure, and conduct regular financial reviews to maintain the financial health of each estate.
Maintenance Oversight: Implement planned and reactive maintenance programs, ensuring all site inspections, contractor management, and health & safety regulations are adhered to.
Stakeholder Communication: Lead meetings with residents and directors, draft professional correspondence, and resolve issues efficiently and diplomatically.
Major Works: Oversee major works programs, tender contracts, and ensure all assets and insurance claims are effectively managed.

Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of relevant management experience, ideally in property, estate, or customer management.
Budget and financial control experience, with some knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
Skills:
Strong time management, project management, and delegation skills.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with a knack for financial analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Qube is a plus.
