Job Description:
We’re looking for skilled, reliable self-employed painters & decorators with handyman skills to join our subcontractor pool. We provide consistent, ready-to-go work across London.

Job Types:
- Interior painting & decorating for flats, houses, and offices
- Prep, sanding, filling, wallpapering, feature walls, and general decorating
- Picture hanging, TV mounting
- Furniture assembly
- Odd jobs
Requirements:
- Fully self-employed (UTR required)
- CIS registered
- Public liability insurance
- Own vehicle and tools
- DBS check
- Portfolio/photos of previous work
- Reliable and punctual — quick responses to job offers get you more work
How It Works:
1. Receive a simple job brief via message with location and parking details
2. Some jobs require an on-site visit to assess timing/scope — this is paid £30. If the job is confirmed, the £30 is deducted from your final payment; if not confirmed, you keep the £30
3. First subcontractor to confirm gets the job; backups are contacted if needed
4. Jobs have fixed labour rates — £200/day including parking, paid monthly
5. Work preferences are tracked so we match you to the right jobs
