Cosysense cuts electricity costs and carbon emissions in commercial buildings by delivering optimised comfort through patented climate control powered by AI agents, digital twins, and sensors for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Role Overview:
Help deploy the next generation of autonomous commercial buildings. You will install and commission IoT sensors, energy meters, HVAC control devices, LoRaWAN infrastructure, and edge computing systems across commercial buildings.This is a hands-on technical role combining electrical installation, smart building technology, HVAC controls, networking, and field engineering. As the company grows, you will help develop installation standards, train partners, and support the creation of a nationwide Cosysense installer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install CT clamps, power meters, and IoT devices.
- Conduct site surveys and assess installation requirements.
- Configure and test devices, connectivity, and data transmission.
- Support deployment of building automation and energy optimisation projects.
- Produce installation documentation and commissioning reports.
- Work directly with facilities managers, contractors, and building operators.
- Help define installation procedures and best practices.
- Support the future development of a certified Cosysense installer network across the UK.
Experience Required:
- Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- ECS Card or equivalent.
- Practical experience working with electrical installations, controls, HVAC, or related.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Experience:
- Inspection and Testing qualification (2391).
- Experience working within commercial buildings.
