Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization in line with food safety standards.
- Manage multiple tables, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Ensure all serving areas are stocked, clean, and well-maintained throughout your shift.
- Follow proper food safety procedures, including handling ingredients correctly and adhering to hygiene protocols.
- Support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, assisting with plating, and managing basic culinary tasks as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent guest services to foster repeat business.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important.
- Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety practices, and basic food preparation is advantageous.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining quality service.
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and inventory counts.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking abilities.
- Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for supporting kitchen operations efficiently.
