Permanent West London (Brent, Kilburn & Ealing)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team delivering social housing retrofit, refurbishment and planned works projects across West London.
This is a permanent opportunity overseeing multiple live projects across occupied and void housing stock, managing subcontractors, programme delivery, health & safety, quality, and client relationships.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of works across Brent, Kilburn and Ealing, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
This is a mobile role, balancing site inspections, client meetings and project administration across multiple locations.
- Structural retrofit works
- EICS / External Wall Insulation
- Kitchen replacement programmes
- Bathroom replacement programmes
- Refurbishment of fire-damaged properties
- Internal and external refurbishment works
- Planned maintenance projects
- Occupied and void social housing properties
- Experience as a Project Manager within social housing, planned works, refurbishment or retrofit
- SMSTS
- Asbestos Duty to Manage
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and quality compliance
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage both site operations and project paperwork
- Social housing planned maintenance
