The Head of Finance is a key member of the Executive Team, providing robust financial leadership, assurance and hands-on financial management to protect the charity’s core operations and long-term sustainability.
The role is primarily operational and delivery-focused, with strategic input appropriate to a peer-level executive role. It exists to provide clarity, stability and confidence to the Board, CEO and senior managers through high-quality financial management, reporting, forecasting and governance.
The postholder will ensure that EDAN Lincs’ financial systems, controls and reporting remain strong, proportionate and fit for purpose, enabling the organisation to meet its contractual obligations, manage risk conservatively and make well-informed decisions.
