We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Furzedown Brasserie. As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome and assist in finding seating.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, keeping mind of allergies and intolerances.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in an appropriate time.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any customer inquiries.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guest.
- Handle card and cash transactions properly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff and fellow Front of House team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 2 Years Front of House experience minimum.
- Knowledge of using a Digital POS.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
