We manufacture a variety of products for the waste, recycling and construction industries—from Skips, Tanks and Containers (Roll on Roll off, hook lift) to structural steel and bespoke metalwork. Who We're Looking For:
We are hiring for multiple levels:
- Entry-Level/Junior Welders:
- No experience required – full training provided
- Interest in welding, fabrication, and working with metal
- Willingness to learn, take instruction, and work as part of a team
- Mid-Level Welders/Fabricators:
- 1–3 years of experience in MIG welding
- Ability to read basic technical drawings
- Experience with hand tools and workshop machinery
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- Experience with lifting Cranes / Hoists preferred
- Experienced/Senior Fabricators:
- 3+ years in fabrication/welding roles
- Skilled in MIG welding
- Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Ability to take the lead on jobs and mentor junior staff
- Experience in custom fabrication a plus
- Experience with lifting Cranes / Hoists
- Experience with CNC Plasma / Press brake / Guillotine operator Beneficial
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet
- Reliable and punctual
- Driving license preferred but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71-£14.10 per hour
