Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-focused Cleaner to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the site or sites they are assigned to.
This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, can manage their time effectively, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily cleaning duties to a high standard across all assigned areas.
- Clean kitchen area, communal areas, toilets, and other required spaces.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, polish, and sanitise surfaces as required.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste safely and correctly.
- Replenish consumables such as toilet roll, hand soap, paper towels, and bin bags.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in line with company standards and site requirements.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, hazards, or health and safety concerns to management.
- Use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and materials safely and responsibly.
- Follow COSHH, health and safety, and site-specific procedures at all times.
- Maintain cleaning cupboards, equipment, and stock in a clean and organised condition.
- Support deep cleaning, periodic cleaning, and additional tasks when required.
- Provide a polite, professional, and helpful service when dealing with clients, staff, residents, or visitors.
Skills and Experience
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and pride in delivering a high standard of work.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Able to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic health and safety procedures.
- Comfortable using cleaning products and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work to a cleaning schedule.
- Positive attitude and professional manner.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.

- Ability to travel to site or between sites if needed.
