Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our organisation. Duties
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective targets, fostering a positive work environment.
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage merchandising activities to optimise product presentation and maximise sales potential.
- Coordinate staff schedules, organise tasks, and monitor performance to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Support training initiatives by providing guidance and mentorship to new and existing team members.
- Handle customer enquiries with professionalism, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills.
- Analyse sales data and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as stock control, inventory management, and documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure seamless operations.
Experience
- Proven management experience in retail or sales management roles with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills coupled with time management abilities.
- Experience in merchandising, sales strategies, and customer service excellence.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication within diverse teams or customer bases.
- Previous administrative experience including report writing, scheduling, and data analysis is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
