We're currently recruiting for two permanent Early Years Practitioner roles within our vibrant Sure Start services in Strabane.
Location:
- Plumbridge Sure Start - Creche - Monday and Tuesday afternoons.
As part of our dedicated Early Years team, you'll provide nurturing care and playful learning experiences for children aged 0–4. You'll also lead fun, interactive parent-child sessions, helping families build strong, joyful bonds.
Essential:
- A recognised qualification in Early Years Childcare and Education (CCLD, NVQ Level 2 or above)
- Hands-on experience working with children aged 0–4 (paid or voluntary)
- A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Desirable:
- Experience working in partnership with parents
- A responsive, child-centred approach to care and learning
- Skills in observation, assessment, and planning
A waiting list of Reserve candidates will be held in the event that similar vacancies arise during the next 12 months
