Information & Referral Assistant - Dewsbury
37.5 hours per week, permanent position
Salary: £26,226 FTE
Location: Head Office, Dewsbury
As an Information and Referrals Assistant, in our Contact Support Team you are the first point of contact for our Advocacy Partners and the professional services we link with. You will play a key role in enquiries via telephone and be responsible for, processing referrals, maintaining accurate records, and supporting effective communication across the organisation.
This is a varied role with a strong emphasis on confident and compassionate communicating, data entry, information handling, and ensuring processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with organisational procedures.
