Are you looking to build a career in e-commerce and gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of a small business? Ana Wiz, a leading retailer and wholesaler of baby, maternity, healthcare, and pet products, is hiring an E-commerce Assistant to join our dedicated team!
What you’ll do:
- Process, pick and pack customer orders, ensuring each order is fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service through email and phone, ensuring our customers receive excellent support and care.
- Process returns, managing all returns professionally and promptly.
- Gain hands-on experience across multiple e-commerce platforms, including direct-to-consumer sites like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, and B2B wholesale platforms like Faire and Ankorstore.
Requirements:
- Confident in written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliability is key – we need someone dependable who takes pride in their work.
- Previous experience in a similar e-commerce or customer service role is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
- A proactive, positive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
- A-Levels or equivalent qualification.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year, dependent on experience

- 9am-5:30pm (Monday - Thursday)
- 9am-5pm (Friday
