We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Operator to join our team in Shawbury. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing deliveries of eggs are accurate and meet quality standards.
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and delivery documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet trucks) safely and responsibly.
- Support inventory control processes including stock checks and audits.
- Work closely with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or production environment.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
