Operations Manager
Overview
We are currently out to search for an Operations Manager to join a well-established, focused and growing care organisation, who are overtly passionate about ensuring every person they support leads a happy and fulfilled life.
Duties and Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager, you'll oversee a number of services and collaborate with the senior leadership team to deliver the company strategy across the region.
Responsibilities include;
- Managing and overseeing the residential care homes in the Hertfordshire region
- Managing and developing high quality specialist care services
- Support registered Managers in the task of running their services
- Encouraging a culture of care and continuous improvement across the services
- Work with the local community and regional authorities to drive performance of the group
- The promotion of high standards of care, following regulatory guidelines, by ensuring all staff are managed appropriately and the Home runs in a smooth and efficient manner.
- Embed a positive culture within the group for the betterment of the service provision
Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with strong leadership and management qualities, experience managing adult learning disabilities and mental health services and with background of leading and developing staff teams in an operational environment.
The successful candidate will be;
- Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised
- Dependable and honest
- Demonstrable evidence of innovation in service delivery
- Able to work well under pressure to deliver business growth while maintaining the highest standards of care quality
- Demonstrate a track record in leading, motivating, managing and developing staff.
- A clear understanding of leadership responsibilities in social care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
