Nor-Sea Foods – based beside Fraserburgh Harbour - are actively recruiting 2 Production Team Leaders to join our production team:

1 x HIGH RISK Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00
1 x TRAY UP Monday–Friday, 14:00-22:00

We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Team Leaders to join our High Risk and Tray Up Teams. If you’re ready to guide a dedicated group and keep production running smoothly, this could be your next big move.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting General Operatives in the department
- Ensuring high product quality and taking corrective action when needed
- Monitoring and reducing wastage
- Coordinating and planning daily Area activities
- Ensuring trolleys are stripped correctly
- Overseeing smooth operation of the Multi Vac Machine
- Maintaining proper cleaning procedures between product changes
- Achieving production targets throughout the shift
- Completing metal detection sheets accurately and on time
- Signing off relevant quality documents
- Following the company Quality Manual
