Job Introduction
Are you organised, proactive and passionate about delivering great customer service? Looking to build a career in housing with a role where no two days are the same? Join us as an Assistant Property Manager and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of our specialist housing portfolio.
Working alongside an experienced Property Manager, you'll help keep our properties running smoothly while providing excellent support to residents, partners and contractors. From maintaining accurate records and coordinating repairs to responding to customer enquiries and assisting with tenancy administration, you'll be at the heart of delivering a high-quality service.
This is a varied role where you'll balance administration with customer interaction, building relationships and supporting the smooth running of our specialist housing services. You'll also provide occasional reception cover, so you'll need to be adaptable, approachable and happy to support wherever needed.
Housing experience is welcome but not essential. We're looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication and a positive, can-do attitude who is keen to develop their career.
The role is primarily based at Wavy Gate Student Accommodation, Oxford, OX4 1LG, with some travel required to our Sinnet Court office (approximately a 10-minute walk away).
Please refer to the attached Role Profile for full responsibilities and deliverables.
