- £13.64 per hour (22:00 – 07:00)

About the Role
As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, dignity, and wellbeing of the people we support throughout the night.
You will provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to individual needs while promoting independence, communication, and emotional wellbeing.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting individuals to settle comfortably for the night
- Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
- Following individual care plans and risk assessments
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding promptly to needs throughout the night
- Recording observations, interventions, and any changes in behaviour or health
- Using specialist monitoring systems including epilepsy alarms, movement sensors, audio/video monitoring, and call systems
- Assisting with meals, drinks, and overnight routines according to care guidelines
- Working in line with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
- Attending training, supervision, staff meetings, and development sessions
