What's The Job?
This isn't a usual support role, no two days are the same and our Team wear many hats: caring for babies and children, leading play sessions, educating parents, modelling positive behaviours, engaging in discussions from safe sleeping to healthy relationships- and much more! Everyone says their job is unique- this one really is!
At the center of our service is keeping children safe. To do that we support parents, with a range of needs, to learn how to be the best parent they can be and help the court with their decision making.
Our team are passionate, dedicated and flexible, here to work with parents when they need them, sometimes that means staying until a crisis has passed, or travelling far and wide for important meetings.
All our team members work day, nights and weekends- as a 24hour service we have to be on hand for every moment- and emergencies do seem to occur out of office hours!!

As a 24/7 Service our Support Worker will work a combination of days, nights and weekends as required.
Applicants will be asked to obtain an enhanced DBS, this is funded 50/50 by us!
Drivers will be required to obtain business insurance
Hours may include Bank Holidays and Festive Dates, such as Easter and Christmas Day (enhanced pay rates and shift share in operation on these dates)
Salary: From £12.55 per hour
