What you’ll do:

Manage and maintain accurate records across key systems
- Support apprenticeship-related processes (compliance, tracking, reporting)
- Keep workflows organised and running efficiently
- Work closely with a supportive team to deliver excellent service
What we’re looking for:

Experience in an administrative role (apprenticeship experience is a plus)
- A highly organised, methodical approach to work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence working with systems, data, and processes
- An engaging and friendly approachable manner
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
