We’re looking for a Floor Supervisor who can lead from the front someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, brings structure to service, and elevates the guest experience.
The Role
As Floor Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of the floor during service, ensuring smooth operations, strong team coordination, and consistently high standards.
You will:
- Lead service shifts, managing flow, pace, and guest experience.
- Support, coach, and motivate front-of-house staff.
- Ensure service standards are delivered consistently across every table.
- Handle customer interactions confidently, including feedback and complaints.
- Work closely with the kitchen to maintain timing and communication.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Support training and onboarding of new team members.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisor or senior FOH role.
- Strong leadership presence calm, organised, and proactive.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Commercial awareness with a focus on driving sales and efficiency.
- High attention to detail and standards.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service environment.
