Content & Growth Executive
Part-time | Birmingham
We're looking for a creative, driven Content & Growth Executive to help build one of the UK's most exciting premium dog care brands.
You'll work directly with the founder to create scroll-stopping content, grow our social media, support product launches and help take Pawtraits to the next level.
You'll be responsible for:
- Filming and editing premium content in our Birmingham salon
- Creating Reels, TikToks and Instagram content
- Designing graphics in Canva
- Managing our social media channels and staying on top of trends
- Supporting Meta paid ads and analysing performance
- Helping with influencer campaigns, launches and email marketing
- Bringing fresh creative ideas every week
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience creating engaging social media content
- Understands Meta paid ads
- Has a great eye for luxury branding and aesthetics
- Loves creating content that people actually want to watch
- Is proactive, organised and full of ideas
- Can work from our Birmingham salon regularly
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Shopify
- Amazon
- Klaviyo
- Canva
- CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Beauty, lifestyle or premium consumer brands

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
