Responsibilities
- Deliver a variety of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling.
- Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored advice
- Maintain a clean and organised work station in accordance with health and safety standards
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Upsell products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Mentor junior staff or apprentices, fostering their skills development and professional growth
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviewsExperience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist within a busy salon environment
- Skills in colour correction, styling techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and support team development
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
