Office Manager / Office Administrator
Location: Wallington
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Holiday: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

We are a busy and growing window and door company looking for an organised, reliable and friendly Office Manager/Administrator to join our team.
This is a varied role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring everything operates smoothly while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
- Booking surveys and installation appointments
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and installation teams
- Preparing quotations, invoices and general paperwork
- Ordering materials and managing deliveries
- Maintaining customer records and filing systems
- Chasing outstanding payments when required
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the business
About You
- Previous office administration experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Confident using Microsoft Office and email
- Able to work independently and use your own initiative
- Experience within the window, door or construction industry is an advantage but not essential
