At Brightway Education, we believe every child deserves excellent academic support, a learning experience they enjoy, and steady, genuine progress that gives families real value. We're looking for caring, capable tutors to join our growing Watford team.
THE ROLE
You'll deliver clear, engaging English lessons tailored to each student's needs — building their confidence as well as their knowledge. You'll work with students up to GCSE level, combining in-centre teaching at our Watford tutoring centre with some flexible online sessions.
● Hours: 5–10 per week
● Location: Primarily our Watford tutoring centre
● Availability: Flexible evenings and weekends
● Start date: From September 2026

You should have:
● Strong English subject knowledge and excellent communication skills
● A friendly, approachable, and supportive teaching style
● A commitment to student care and safe, supportive learning
● Enhanced DBS clearance (because student safety and trust matter most)
Teaching qualifications and tutoring experience are welcome but not essential.
