This is a freelance, performance and commission-based opportunity, not a guaranteed hourly salary position.
The pay range displayed by Indeed should not be interpreted as guaranteed hourly earnings. Your earnings will be based on agreed commission from qualifying sales generated through your marketing activity, together with additional earning opportunities through your own unique A.MP affiliate discount code.
Full commission terms will be agreed before starting.

We’re looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing & Affiliate Sales Executive who wants to work with us to increase brand awareness, attract new customers and, most importantly, generate measurable sales.
We’re not simply looking for someone to post content. We want someone who understands how to turn attention into customers.
The Role
You will have the freedom to develop and implement marketing strategies designed to grow A.MP.
Responsibilities may include:
- Developing digital marketing strategies Promoting A.MP products and collections Social media marketing Meta / Facebook & Instagram advertising TikTok marketing and advertising Retargeting potential customers Identifying products with strong advertising potential Testing audiences, creatives and campaigns Increasing website traffic and conversions Identifying new customer acquisition opportunities Influencer and creator outreach Analysing campaign performance and sales Providing ideas for future campaigns and product launches
Your Personal A.MP Affiliate Code
In addition to marketing the brand, you’ll receive your own unique A.MP affiliate/discount code.
You can promote your code through your own social platforms, network, creators and other approved marketing channels.
Customers using your code receive an exclusive discount, while you earn commission from qualifying purchases attributed to your code.
This creates two potential earning channels:
1. Marketing Commission – commission from qualifying attributable sales generated through marketing activity you directly manage.
2. Affiliate Commission – commission from qualifying sales generated through your personal A.MP affiliate code.
The position therefore offers uncapped performance-based earning potential rather than a fixed salary.
Commission is calculated according to the agreed terms and may exclude cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or charged-back orders.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re particularly interested in people with experience or knowledge in:
- Digital marketing E-commerce Fashion or streetwear marketing Meta Ads TikTok Shopify Affiliate marketing Influencer marketing Content strategy Customer acquisition Conversion optimisation
Previous experience is an advantage, but we’re also interested in ambitious individuals who can demonstrate that they understand modern digital marketing and have strong ideas for growing a brand.
