Rota system 9pm till 8am 2 nights and a bar shift
Previous experience of this kind of role is desirable must have experience in bar work. Must be able to provide excellent references as the job is a position of trust and integrity and involves lone working.
Undertake the role of bar person and be fully conversant with the bar persons job description. Ensure the bar, outside and public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy and prepared for the following day with attention to detail. Undertake a high degree of responsibility for the security, safety of the hotel and its guests during the night including late check-ins. Tend to guests needs and act as an ambassador for the hotel. Positive and friendly outlook whilst having the ability to deal with conflict resolution with good observational skills. Excellent time keeper who is completely reliable and smart in appearance.
