THE ROLE: Full Time - Surveyor Operations Assistant
LOCATION: Office based in Denton.
HOURS: Monday to Thursday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM, Friday 8.45 to 3.55pm.
SALARY: £24,720
RVA Surveyors are an award-winning business rates reduction specialist, helping businesses across the UK to reduce their commercial property costs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, driven and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting a team of surveyors and helping ensure the surveying process runs smoothly from start to finish.
This is a fully office-based role, with no hybrid or remote working.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Surveying Operations/Surveyor Manager, you will work closely alongside our surveyors to provide efficient operational and administrative support throughout the surveying process.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day administration, maintaining accurate records, preparing and managing documentation, processing information and ensuring the wider team always has the information they need to complete their work effectively.
This is a varied role where accuracy, organisation, communication and attention to detail are essential. We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, organised and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Processing and reviewing Surveyor information
· Coordinating appointments and documentation
· Inputting data onto Microsoft and in-house systems
· Ensuring all required client information is obtained accurately and efficiently
· Keeping company records, reports and databases fully up to date
· Providing relevant, clear, transparent and consistent information across the Surveying & Operations department
· Supporting surveyors with the day-to-day administration required to complete their work effectively
· Maintaining exceptional professional and personal standards
· Achieving individual KPIs whilst contributing to the success of the wider team
· Supporting initiatives designed to improve processes and ways of working

Pay: £12.73 per hour
