What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day delivery of client campaigns
- Representing brands clearly and professionally
- Speaking with customers and answering campaign-related questions
- Learning key information about products, services and promotions
- Helping the team achieve daily and weekly performance goals
- Sharing customer feedback with the wider team
- Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions
