Creative Assistant
Central London (On-site) · Full-time · OTE 40K dependent on experience
We're looking for a Creative Assistant to join our growing Brand and Creative team. We currently operate 7 restaurants,with 4–6 new openings planned over the next 12 months,including 2 new concepts. This is a hands-on role supporting the Head of Brand and Creative in bringing campaigns,brand assets,and guest-facing creative to life across the group.
Key Responsibilities for a Creative Assistant:

Take design briefs and turn them into finished assets.

Produce artwork for campaigns,menus,signage,social content,print collateral,and other guest touchpoints

Help maintain brand books,templates,and asset libraries so they stay current and easy for others to use.

Support the rollout of brand guidelines across departments and external partners

Help shape the creative direction of menus,uniforms,playlists,styling,and other touch points

Collaborate on new openings and refurbishments to help embed the brand experience.
As Creative Assistant you'll ideally bring:

Proven design experience,ideally within hospitality,brand,or creative agency environments

A strong eye for detail,consistency,and on-brand execution across formats

Confidence taking a brief and running with it independently once direction is set

A collaborative approach,with the ability to build relationships across teams,agencies,and freelancers

A genuine passion for brand storytelling,guest experience,and design craft
