What your days will look like
You'll be a consistent, trusted presence in the lives of the people we support, helping with daily routines, personal goals, and everything in between. No two days are the same, and that's what makes it so rewarding.
· Provide hands-on, person-centred support as part of a close-knit team
· Help individuals with daily living, community access, and working towards personal goals
· Use trauma-informed approaches to support people with compassion and professionalism
· Contribute to care records, daily logs, and safeguarding documentation
· Work alongside senior staff and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver truly holistic care
· Promote independence, positive risk-taking, and dignity at every opportunity
What you bring to the table
You'll need:
· A genuine passion for supporting others and making a difference
· Some experience in a care, support, or health setting (Supported Living, Residential, or Mental Health ideal)
· Empathy, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
· A basic understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
· Flexibility for varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
