We're currently looking for someone who is able to lead the team through busy shifts. Applicants must be available to work Evenings, holidays and Weekends. Applicants must be over 18.
Essential skills/experience:
- Previous experience in shift management, and running shifts in a busy operation.
- Motivating a high performing team.
- Effective Delegation.
- Driven to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Great attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Computer literate.
Duties include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers.
- Assisting the Venue Manager with the daily running of the venue.
- Training and managing the team.
- Monitoring and interacting with games in Person (Axe Throwing / Crazy Golf).
- Monitoring and interacting with games via CCTC (Escape Rooms).
- Clean and maintain Axe Lanes, and Crazy Golf course.
- Clean and maintain public and staff areas.
- Clean and Reset Escape Rooms between Games.
- Serving, maintaining, and replenishing bar stock.
- Answering emails and phone calls
- Driving sales including return custom and upsell.
- Delivering consistently excellent customer experiences.
No previous Axe Throwing experience required.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
