Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs and preferences
- Coordinate schedules and allocate resources efficiently to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Supervise and support care staff, providing guidance and leadership to maintain high standards of practice
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and team members to ensure clarity and consistency in care delivery
- Oversee transportation arrangements, including driving residents to appointments or activities as required
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations within the care environment
- Maintain accurate documentation of care activities, incidents, and updates using IT systems for record keeping and reporting
Experience
- Proven experience working within senior care or a care home environment
- Supervising or leadership experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of care plans, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders
- Competence in using IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes
- Valid driving license with experience in safe driving practices is essential
- Prior experience supervising staff or managing a team is preferred

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
