Overview
MAL Hotels requires an experienced head housekeeper.
The position includes cleaning responsibilities across 4 properties over the week. 3 properties in Leiston and The Bay Hotel, Southwold.

Shifts start 09:30a.m
Hours per week: 30
Duties:
- Follow processes and tasks.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned to a high standard.
- Communicate with reservations and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Work to time lines.
- Effectively engage and lead the housekeeping team for the business
- Train new team members.
- Monitor linen, laundry and housekeeping supplies.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality leading a housekeeping team.
- Strong guest service skills.
- Excellent team ethic.
- A passion for the hospitality.
- Attention to detail.
Pay: £17.00 per hour
