Ingham Old Hall is a family-owned care home - just 24 residents to cater for.
Our purpose is to create excellent quality and homely environments with the highest standards of catering and aiming for a 5* dining experience.
Our team aims to enhance the lives of our residents and enable them to enjoy life to the full as individuals in happy, comfortable and safe surroundings.
Example Duties
- Ensure the catering services and residential dining experience is of the highest standard and quality.
- Promote choice and dignity to the residents of the home with the services we provide.
- Ensure the nutritional content of the meals provided cater for the dietary needs of all residents.
- Liaise with residents to ensure they are happy with the food and beverages being delivered within the home.
- Ensure that requirements of the Food Safety Manual, Health and Safety Manual and Meal policies requirements are met.
Skills Required
Ideally you will have prior experience within a care setting, however, we will consider people looking to move their catering career into care. Even better would be experience cooking for people with diverse dietary requirements.
