Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and experienced Door Supervisor to join our security team. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and staff, maintaining order, and providing a secure and welcoming environment at all times. This role requires strong communication skills, vigilance, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Control entry to the premises, admitting only authorised individuals.
- Patrol the venue regularly to prevent and detect security issues.
- Respond quickly to incidents, administer first aid when required, and liaise with emergency services if necessary.
- Accurately record incidents, visitor activity, and other security-related information.
- Support management in applying and maintaining security procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting guests and handling situations professionally.
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential).
- Proven experience in a security or door supervision role.
- First Aid certification
- Strong observational and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and shift patterns.
