- Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers promptly during busy periods
- Keep track of inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
