About the Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our busy commercial sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has great attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll support our external sales team by managing customer enquiries from initial enquiry through to quotation, order processing and aftersales support. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure projects run smoothly and accurately.
This role offers the opportunity to develop technical knowledge and estimating skills within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer enquiries and ensure project information is complete and accurately recorded.
- Interpret drawings, specifications and customer requirements to prepare quotations and costings.
- Produce clear and accurate quotations using company costing systems.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing, product information and delivery lead times.
- Process customer orders accurately.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and internal systems to support forecasting and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Design, Operations and Logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and keeping customers informed throughout their project.
- Support the administration of projects throughout the quotation and order process.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards and ISO requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Desirable
- Previous experience in sales support, estimating, construction, manufacturing or a technical customer service environment.
- Experience reading technical drawings or specifications.

Pay: Starting salary depending on experience
