PEOPLE CO-ORDINATOR (REMOTE, UK)
Are you a highly organised People Co-ordinator ready to power the people function behind some of the UK and Europe's most exciting hospitality brands? This is your chance to join White Rabbit Hospitality, a fast-growing, multi-site group, in a varied, remote, UK-based People Co-ordinator role with real ownership and room to grow.
At White Rabbit Hospitality, we grow remarkable hospitality businesses, from Rusacks St Andrews, The Randolph Oxford, Graduate Cambridge to our properties in Lisbon. Our vision is simple, to be the world's leading hospitality incubator. As our portfolio grows, so does our People and Culture team, and that is exactly where you come in.
This isn't a role where you will be tucked away on a single task, repeating the same thing day after day. As our People Co-ordinator, you will sit at the heart of the employee journey, working directly with our Head of Talent across recruitment, onboarding, learning, people systems and HR administration for multiple brands and countries. You will see the difference you make from day one.
We are guided by four values. Hospitality is at our core. We do the right thing. We pursue excellence. We are all entrepreneurs. Our ethos is to work hard and be kind, and we want a People Co-ordinator who shares exactly that spirit.
OUR VALUES: IN EVERY INTERACTION
HOSPITALITY IS AT OUR CORE: You treat every candidate, new joiner and team member with warmth, making each touchpoint personal and on brand.
WE DO THE RIGHT THING: You handle people data, right-to-work checks and confidential information with total integrity.
WE PURSUE EXCELLENCE: You take pride in accuracy, version control and getting the detail right every time.
WE ARE ALL ENTREPRENEURS: You spot smarter ways of working and help our people processes scale as we grow.
