Overview
MAL LTD requires an experienced and professional head housekeeper to lead a small team of house keepers across 4 sites in total (3 in Leiston and 1 in Southwold.
The position includes cleaning responsibilities and working weekends.

Duties:
- Follow processes and tasks.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned to a high standard.
- Communicate with reservations and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Work to time lines.
- Motivate and recruit new and existing team members.
- Monitor linen, laundry and housekeeping supplies.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Experience leading a team.
- Strong guest service skills.
- Excellent team ethic.
- A passion for the hospitality.
- Attention to detail.
