The Role
As an Associate Dentist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality dental care and building long-lasting relationships with patients. You will have the clinical freedom to deliver excellent treatment while working alongside a dedicated team committed to achieving the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive dental examinations and oral health assessments
- Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Deliver a range of general dental treatments, including restorative, preventive and routine care
- Utilise diagnostic imaging and clinical assessments to support treatment planning
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventative care
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
- Adhere to the highest standards of cross-infection control and patient safety
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional practice culture
- Stay up to date with advancements in dentistry and clinical best practices
About You

Requirements
- Fully qualified Dentist with current GDC registration
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Patient-focused approach with a commitment to high standards of care
- Organised, professional, and able to manage a busy workload effectively
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and professional development
Desirable
- Experience using digital dentistry, CAD/CAM technology & Iterro Scanner
- Knowledge of advanced treatment planning and modern dental techniques
