Housing Support Worker - Targeted Tenancy Support
Salary: £27,087 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 30 Hours per Week
As a Housing Support Worker with Path's Housing Information and Support Service, you'll work closely with people who are vulnerable to homelessness, providing practical support, advice and encouragement to help them secure, manage and sustain accommodation. You'll manage a varied caseload, delivering personalised support tailored to individual needs, helping people access housing, maximise their income and benefits, and connect with health, wellbeing and other community services. Working alongside landlords, housing providers and partner agencies, you'll play a key role in helping people build stability, independence and confidence, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a high-quality, person-centred service.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting people and managing a caseload.
- Can build trusting relationships with people facing complex challenges.
- Has strong communication and organisational skills.
- Understands housing, homelessness or related support services.
